Ok Rent A Car provides the Best Affordable Car Rental service in Los Angeles, US. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. Rent with us for great service and convenience!
弊社のレンタルポリシー
- レンタル期間中お客様のクレジットカードから保証金として$500.00~$1000.00を預けて頂きます。VISA、MASTER、JCB、AMEXのクレジットカードをご利用頂けます。デビットカードやキャッシュカードは保証金用としてご使用頂けません。保証金はレンタカー返却後、1週間～10日間程で自動解除されます。 保証金額は、お客様のご年齢やお車のタイプにより異なります。
- レンタカー代金のお支払いには、クレジットカード、デビットカードまたは現金にてお支払い頂けます。
- １日１００マイルまで走行無料。超過マイレージ料金：１マイルにつき２５セント
- マンスリーでお車をご利用される場合は、全てのサイズのお車が１ヶ月1700マイルまで走行無料となります。
- 弊社のレンタカーの走行範囲は、CA（カリフォルニア州）、NV（ネバダ州）、AZ（アリゾナ）州に限らせてご利用いただいております。
- カナダ、メキシコへの走行はできません。

レンタル当日から3日（72時間）前までにご連絡を頂きましたら無料です。それ以降のキャンセルには、＄50.00のキャンセル料がかかります。
- ガソリンは満タンでお貸し致しますので、ご返却時は満タン返しでお願い致します。 もし満タン返しができない場合は、ご返却時に精算となります。その場合はガソリンスタンドの相場よりも割高となりますので、できる限り営業所近くのガソリンスタンドで給油してからご返却下さい。
- 弊社のレンタカー車輌は、全てガソリン車です。
- 軽油車（ディーゼル車）はございません。
- 事故が発生した場合は、必ずその時点で警察に連絡し、ポリスリポート（事故証明）を取得し、OKレンタカーまでご連絡ください。 そして必ず相手の情報を取得して下さい。 相手の運転免許証、保険の証明証、車の登録証（レジストレーションカード）を受け取り、携帯やデジタルカメラで写真を撮ってください。相手の携帯番号（連絡先）もお忘れなくお願い致します。
- レンタル期間中に違反切符を切られた際には、お客様の責任のもと、速やかにお支払い下さい。又は、レンタカーの返却時に弊社にてお支払いも可能です。レンタカー返却後、未払いの違反切符が弊社に届いた場合、お客様のクレジットカードから罰金のお支払いをさせて頂きます。そして、罰金とは別に違反切符一枚につき$50.00を、各所轄への申告手数料としてお客様のクレジットカードからチャージさせていただきます。
